Estelle & Baptiste are proposing here an impressive Extra-Brut sparkling wine with traditional method, made from 100% Chardonnay, this Blanc de Blancs has been aged on lees for a minimal 12 months and finished with a small dosage of 2g/L.
A great fine wine with soft elegant bubbles and delicate aromas, can compete with best Crémants.
The appearance reveal a light gold with fines bubbles, the nose shows brioche, lemony and floral notes.
On the palate, it’s vibrant, crisp and fresh, with great length.
