At Elliot’s Keller, we curate organic, biodynamic, and natural wines from small family-run producers across Europe. Each bottle is personally selected after visiting the vineyard, tasting on site, and connecting with the people behind the craft.

With formal training as Sommelier from the Swiss Sommelier Association part of ASI at Changins, completed with WSET Levels 1, 2, 3, and a French Wine Scholar certification, Emeric built a thoughtful approach to wine - one that values traditions, sustainability, and human connection.

Elliot’s Keller began with Emeric, a Burgundy native whose passion for wine and food was shaped early on in the kitchen alongside his father, a professional chef. Years before settling in Zurich, he began organizing wine dinners and pop-up events across Paris and Montreal, blending his French heritage with a love of hosting and discovery.

Our Zurich-based wine shop and tasting events invite curious wine lovers to experience more than just great flavour. Through comfort food, storytelling, and soulful gatherings, we create moments that bring people together and support a more sustainable way of enjoying wine.
