Maubernard - Bandol - Rosé
Looking for a Rosé with more character, more suitable for a pairing, look no further, this bold Mouvèdre forward Bandol Rosé is for you.
Salmon orange with pink hues, this wine has citruses, grapefruit aromas followed by peach and apricot. A complex palate, well structured and balanced.
Appellation: AOC Bandol.
Grapes: 45% Mourvèdre, 35% Cinsault, 20% Grenache
Format: 75 cl.
Soil: Clay, Limestone, Calciferous sandstone, Sandy marl
Winemaking: Hand harvest in the morning, fully destemmed, foulage and then pressed, cold debourbage for 48 hours. Fermentation in stainless steel tank at 18°C, aged on fines lees. and skin maceration for 3 to 4 weeks, then aging in Oak Foudres for 18 months. Aging for 2 more years in bottles to finish

Aging: Ready to drink now, can age around 3 years
