Granit is a rarity, a sparkling wine in traditional method (Champagne), made from Gamay grapes (Blanc de Noirs) in North Beaujolais.
First on the eye, we have a clean pale yellow with pink hue, bubbles are smalls.
On the nose, it is fresh, pleasing, elegant, with red and white fruits aromas mixed like a freshly ripe fruit salad.
On the palate, the bubbles first are smooth, light and soft, giving a velours like sensation, like cream on a strawberry bowl.
Sugar level (Brut Nature) help to keep the wine refreshing, not heavy yet well balanced.
