Lacourte-Godbillon - Terroirs d’Ecueil
The trademark of Lacourte-Godbillon, perfect representation of the domain 8 hectares with a mix of 85% Pinot Noir and 15% Chardonnay, mostly from Ecueil, 1er Cru village, certified in Biodynamie since 2023, Organic since 2020. Géraldine and Richard took over from Jean-Guy LACOURTE and Claudine GODBILLON in 2006.
Most of the vines are 33+ years old, and use a massale selection of the previous parcels to preserve the heritage of the area.
This gold sparkles wine with fine and vibrant perlage has a very aromatic nose, straight forward and fruity, ripe pear and apple compote, with hint of chalk, almond, pineapple, quetsche, white flower and vanilla.
