Géraldine and Richard took over from Jean-Guy LACOURTE and Claudine GODBILLON in 2006.

A Blanc de Noirs Champange made with Old vines of around 40 yo, Mi-Pentes is the definition of a powerful and intense champagne, with ripe yellow fruits, and sweet spices. The structure is precise and rich, the unique character of Pinot Noir from Écueil. Persistent finish that captures the essence of the terroir.

Vinification: Base of 2020, 34% of Reserved wines from 2019. About 50% of the wine are Oak fermented and aged for 9months, while the rest is in stainless steel tank. Then it stays sur latte, 36 months on lees in bottle
