A white Graves de Vayres aged in oak barrels. It develops aromas or ripe mango and pineapple, figues and dry apricots. On the palate, some discreet vanilla. It is straightforward well-rounded fine wine.

Grapes: 70% sauvignon gris, 25% sauvignon blanc, 5% sémillon
Soil: Alluvions et graves
Wine-making: Fermentation in regulated Inox tank after direct pressurage. Then aged in oak barrels for 9 months.
