Pink light colour, nose is intense with white fruits and flower and some citrus hints.
The palate is round, smooth, balanced with acidity with a fruity final and a bit of bitterness.

Grapes: 45% Grenache, 40% Mourvèdre, 15% Cinsault

Format: 75 cl.
Soil: Clay & Chalk, rolled stones.
Wine-making: Direct pressing and cold fermentation in inox tank.
Pairing: Aperitif, white meat (poultry, veal, rabbit), salade, grill.
Aging: To drink now, but can wait a bit.
