De-stem fully, concrete fermentation with adding SO2. Then aging for 15months in 228L oak barrels.
No collage, no filtration.
On the smell we get confit fruits, spices and herbs. On the palate, wide and creamy, fresh and long finish. A very fine wine to pair with strong bold dishes.
