Grapes: 95% grenache blanc, 2% Clairette, 2% Roussane & 1% Bourboulenc.
Soil: Chalk, Clay and Rolled Pebbles
Yield: 28 — 30hl/ha
Wine-making:
Fermentation in new oak barrels neuves ( 228 & 500 liters). Then 15 to 18 months aging in oak with lies.
No collage, and light filtration.
A white Châteauneuf-du-Pape with élégance, pàle yellow color, fresh, subtle, complexe, with a wide amoratic bouquet. Best with fish, oven baked daurades, grilled tuna and white meat.
