Soil: Marnes stones.
Wine-making: Hand-picked, direct pressurage, fermentation in Inox tank then aged for 2 years in oak barrels (228L) with intensive meanful oxydation.
Serving: 14°
Pairing: Smoked fishes (cod, salmon…), garlic herbal butter dishes (escargots, garlic bread, frogs..), white meat with cream and mushrooms (morels), spicy dishes (curry) or matured cheeses (Comté, Gruyere…)
