Dos Argenté is meant for the dad of wine-maker, the previous generation that planted these vines in 1990.
We have here an impressive complexe and atypic wine, a chardonnay from the south beaujolais with honey aromatic. Very special, unique, a must!

Disclaimer: To fully enjoy this wine do not hesitate to open the bottle an hour before service or to carafe it, it can potentially feel reductive at first.

Appellation: Beaujolais Villages blanc

Grapes: Chardonnay

Wine-making: Direct pressurage, then aged in oak barrels for 50% of it. No collage and no filtration. Added SO2 on bottling.
