Wine-making: hand-picked, de-stemmed then cold fermentation (15—18°), mutation on the fruits for 8—10 days, pressurage then oxydatif aging for 10 years min.
Pairing: Apéritif, with fruit like melon, chocolate dessert or ice-cream.
