Château Réal-Martin - Perle de Rosé
Everyone associate Rosé with Côtes de Provence, and here it is the best example we could find.
Great price ratio, sexy looking with is special bottle and peach colour.
Nose is yummy, expression of candied strawberries and raspberries. Juicy white peach and candy on the palate.
Appellation: Côtes de Provence.
Grapes: Grenache, Cinsault, Mourvèdre, Cabernet
Alcohol: 13 °
Format: 75 cl.
Soil: Clay, Chalk.
Age: 8—15 yo
Yield: 40 hL/ha
Wine-making: Made with the youngest vines, harvest early at night with machine to have a perfect balance of acid and sugar. Skin contact maceration for the grenache and cinsault for about 6h, direct pressing for the rest. Cold rack and return. Added selected yeast and cold fermentation for 2 weeks.
Aging for 5 months on lees.Pairing: Aperitif, provencal, mediterranean and exotic cuisines
Aging: To drink now, but can wait a bit.
Serving: 10—13 °C
