Soil: Chalk & Clay.
Yield: 51 hl/ha
Wine-making: Hand-picked, De-stemmed, and cold maceration before fermentation for 3 days, then 10 days in inox tank. Aged for 14 months in inox tank. Bottled without filtration nor collage.
Longevity: 3—7 years.
