Cave du Brantard - Jalousie
A rosé to share, like the domain that often host event, this is their perfect image.
Fruity and intense, Jalousie has rich red & black fruits aromas, with a nice stucture, complexity and long final.
Appellation: AOC La Côte.
Grapes: Gamay
Alcohol: 13.1 °
Format: 75 cl
Soil: Sandstone.
Age: ~ 16 yo
Wine-making: Manual harvest, direct pneumatique pressurage, cold rack and return, slow fermentation in 228L oak barrels, then aging with lies for around 9months. Filtration and added SO2 when bottling with natural cork.
Pairing: Aperitif, grill, paella, baked steamed salmon
Aging: To drink now, but can wait a bit (up to 3 years)
