Planted on the famous volcanic blue stone, revealing wine with great body, expressives black fruits and spices like liquorice aromas and silky tannins.
This is not your regular simple Beaujolais, this is a complex wine.

Wine-making: Hand-pick with sorting, indigenous yeast, 15 days semi-carbonic maceration in full clusters before fermentation. Then aging for 12 months in oak barrels.
