Vallée de la Marne

Meunier's heartland — fruit, roundness and early charm.

River-valley vineyards along the Marne
River-valley vineyards along the Marne
Following the Marne river west, this is Meunier country. The grape ripens reliably in cooler, frost-prone sites and brings approachable fruit and softness to blends — the friendly, fragrant heart of many non-vintage Champagnes.

It buds late, dodging spring frost.
