A tiny, cult region of oxidative whites, vin jaune and pristine mountain reds — a natural-wine darling.

A sliver of vineyard between Burgundy and the Alps, the Jura punches far above its size. Savagnin aged under a veil of yeast becomes nutty vin jaune; light Poulsard and Trousseau make ethereal reds. An extraordinary density of biodynamic and natural growers has made it a collector's region. ~2,000 ha.

It comes only in the 62cl Clavelin bottle.
