Back again for the 4 years in a row, in December, we will be hosting our annual Sparkling special.
Step into the festive spirit with an elegant evening of sparkling wines to toast the holiday season! Just before Christmas, we’ll explore a hand-picked selection of winter-worthy bubbles – from the finesse of Champagne and Crémant to the joyful sparkle of Cava, Pét-Nat, and Swiss traditional method wines.
Celebrate the magic of the season with wines that shine – perfect for holiday feasts, toasts with friends, or gifting with style.
🍽 Enjoy festive bites paired with each wine – think smoked salmon, truffle crisps, aged cheeses, and sweet holiday treats to match the sparkle in your glass.
🎟️ A limited number of seats – reserve now for a night of bubbles, joy, and a touch of holiday magic!
Information about the event organisation:
Price is for the whole tasting experience, around 6—10 Wines to try.
Paired with some homemade snacks.
And a lot of knowledge sharing about the wines, how to taste, how to pair, but mostly good stories about the people making those great products.
The tasting takes place at our home for a cosy evening, Dufaux-strasse 62, 8152 Opfikon.
In order to keep it accessible, relax, different and make everyone comfortable and being able to ask questions but also mingle, that experience is limited to only 14 guests.
We welcome guests starting 6:30pm (18:30).
And we will start pouring at 7:00pm (19:00).
