Céline Metz crafts wines with the focused attention of a natural winemaker who has nothing to hide. The Crémant d'Alsace Blanc — from Auxerrois and Pinot Blanc — is fresh, fine-bubbled, and remarkably consistent for the price. The Pinot Noir Vieilles Vignes 2018 is aged and concentrated, with the silky structure and dark cherry character of old Alsatian Pinot handled with care and patience.
